I have a question. We are trying to figure out what size to get my fiance with this vest. He is 6 foot 2 and weighs around 190. He is thin for his size and I want it to fit slimly. The size suggestions say an XL but I feel that would be too big. What would you suggest?

thanks for the interest on my items.
Given your height and weight I can say that our US L(XL) is will be too tight for him, US XL is just a good fit for him.
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular). It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
