I received my cardigan 1 week ago, but today i could see the pŕoduct.
1. Wrong size. The L size is too big for me.
2. Bad experience: The cardigan has a brown stain near the first button.
3. Return policy: i counldn't find how to send back the cardigan to you.
Conclusion: client unhappy.

- I've just checked your order and found that the L(US M) sized cardigan was placed. Since this takes place sometimes, for the potential buyers, we are providing Recommend Size service by getting their weight and height to make them choose right size and get what they want. If you let us know the information even now, we can do it for you to make right size for future purchases. Regrettably, there is only L(US M) sized cardigans, I think it is not possible to change smaller one
2. Bad experience: The cardigan has a brown stain near the first button.
- I guess our member in inspect team didn't notice that there is the stain since the color of buttons of the outerwear are also brown. We are willing to check the part carefully as well for the future buyers.
