Just wondering about the item "(LCJ13-BLACK) Slim Fit High Neck Zipper Cotton Jacket" in medium size that I was charged for on my order but yet it says "sold out" and I didn't receive it in my shipment.

Is it possible to get a refund or to have it shipped out?

But unfortunately the item is sold out temporarily, it will take us longer than a month to have it back.

We have informed you about this by sending a notification last Oct 11, and until now we are still waiting for your response.
I'm so sorry for this unexpected sold out problem.
If you want, I can refund you fully for item's price and original shipping fee.
Or, you may choose another item as a replacement. The replacement should cost almost same or a little bit more. I sincerely apologize for this matter.

I apologize that I didn't get your email as I forgot it was gmail not live.com that I registered this account to... I responded back in email form and I'll let you know here as well just in case.
I'd like it if I could just get a refund since I plan to make another purchase of clothes in about a month or so and I can just buy the item along with a bunch of other things and have them ship out together instead.
