It's been a long time since I ordered anything from TheLeesShop, I'm glad to see they're still maintaining the level of service I remembered way back when--actually, they've improved a great deal!
Shipping was fast, because my order let me have free expedited shipping, I was able to get it in a couple of days or so. I'm still very impressed at the consistent speed of delivery!

The jacket itself is great! The faux leather feels nice and sturdy, good quality stuff. The jacket fits perfectly, though the sleeves are a bit long for me. Other than that, I'm really happy! I wouldn't normally wear something like this but it looks really good!
As for the customer service, I was really happy with the way they handled my issue. When the order came, I noticed some scuffs, and markings on the jacket as well as some damage because the zippers dug a little bit too deep. It was also a bit too big for me. When I emailed TheLees for a replacement, not only did they offer to send me a replacement for free (and a smaller size too) without having to send back the first jacket, the second jacket was carefully folded and packed in order to avoid having the zippers damage it again. This is the first time I had an issue with an order so I was very impressed at the level of care and attention they paid.
The only downside is, I had to pay import tax again for the replacement...but it can't be helped, I guess.
I will definitely be ordering more clothing again in the near future. I need a Spring wardrobe update.
