The following situations requires prospective buyer to submit or to present related documents and proofs concerning their purchases:
- The IP address is different from the delivery/receiver’s address
- Multiple attempts and failures in payments using various credit cards
- Prospective buyer’s info including method of payment, order info and email address is different from PayPal account and credit card account.
So, we need to check a copy of your credit card to compare its holder name and numbers with our order sheet.
