i bought a pair of the athletic apparel, and i was wondering how you wash it so that it doesn't shrink or damage the fabric

Thanks for the message.
Our items are pre shrunk, but shrinking if item can never be avoided.
But then I highly suggest that you wash it using cold water to avoid further shrinkage of the item.
