I order a similar blazer from yesstyle.com with the following measurements.
(L): Chest 96cm, Shoulder 40cm, Sleeve 63cm, Total Length 68cm
The one I order is a little tight in the shoulder and chest.
I am thinking about ordering the L from your site. Do you think it is the correct size for me because I see many different sizing guides on your site and I don't know which one I should follow. Thank you for taking the time to answer my question.

thanks for asking.
Please be guided that the actual size of ALL ITEM from my store is "1~2 sizes smaller" than US/Europe sizes which is written in the notification of our page.
Most of our items are slim fit body hugging, so if you are not used to it please choose the next size. For example you are size LARGE (US MEDIUM), you should choose XL instead.
Please let me know your height and weight so I can recommend a proper size for you.

Given your measurement I think US M is just the right fit for you, previously you ordered the same sz, so I guess US M will be best.
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular). It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
