I got this jacket for a friend's birthday present, and, due to my own error, it arrived later than expected. However, my representative "Jenny" was very helpful with the sizing of the items, and even gave me express shipping to make up for lost time! The package came at around 3pm, and I brought it to my friend immediately! He tried them on and they fit perfectly! I intend to buy from here again, maybe for myself next time :)
