Request to return/refund products - no reply to email |

I have received my order on 11/25/13 and sent and email the following day to request and return the items due to improper sizing (too small).
I still have not heard a response. Please acknowledge so I can provide return shipping.

Are you sure you sent us a message? Upon checking, there isn't any single message coming from you, so I don't think I missed your message.
Better check what is the mail you use. Regarding your order, I see that I have noted your return request last Nov 26, and after you never responded, I guess the Email you have used when you send me a message is not the Email you are using now, just a simple advice of mine, be consistent with the email address that you are using, that cause confusion.
Your request last Nov 26, is return the items for a refund.
I am sorry hearing that the item is too small for you, anyway, if you want to return it for a refund, I'll accept it, but please be noted that I can only refund you the full item price of the items.
Please be guided that I cannot shoulder the return shipping fee, so please choose the cheapest shipping way. I'm afraid that I don't offer a return label or RMA.
Kindly send the item through USPS, and please do not pay for any tracking number because you don’t have to spend any expenses when sending item through it.
It won’t matter how long it may take and you can just use the package and label as I sent you.
Please include a paper note of your order #/ return reason/ and your request.
After sending back the item, please never forget to contact me with any return details like tracking # or customs declaration(form) # or receipt bar code or session ID.
American USPS always has "Customs Form number" on the receipt. Kindly let me know of that.
You may send it on your next message as attachment so I can check it.

Thank you for the fast reply via this board. I checked my gmail account again and it shows that it was sent to thelees.cs.@gmail.com address.
It's ok, you have confirmed my request to return the items for refund. I will send via USPS as you have noted to the address above. While I wait for my refund. I will place a new order for larger sizes.
