Yes, we can ship to your country.
For the shipping you have two options.
1. Regular Mail - it takes 10-20 BUSINESS days but maximum of 40 days, It has Tracking number, but it cannot give you the exact status of the item.
2. Express Mail (EMS/DHL/FEDEX) this usually takes 4-8 or 2-4 business days. The advantage of using this courier is you dont need to wait for too
long and you can track where is the item and what is the approximate time of delivery though it is a bit expensive compared with Regular Mail.
Given your weight i can say that our US L or US XL is a good fit for you, but then your height tells us of US M only.
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular). It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
