Thanks for the message.
I think our US M is a better fit for you.
Though it will be a bit long for your height, since you are 5'7 only.

This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular). It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.

Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs

For reference, please check the measurement I attached.
