Hi, I would like help in purchasing the right size blazer. I am American, 5'8 in height, normally 145 to 150 pounds in weight.

I just bought a black slim fit velvet blazer from Macy's in Denver Colorado where I live. I usually wear a 36R chest/US blazer, but had to purchase a 40R in slim fit velvet blazer from Macy's. What size would you recommend that I buy in your Wine slim fit velvet blazer?
