I am an athletic build but am stockier than what your chart suggests as L or XL. Does this manufacturer make any larger vests? I am a 46 chest 36 waist 6' and 230 lb. I have looked for probably a solid 6 hours and can find vests just not in this style. So please let me know if y'all make a larger vest or if not who I may look at. Thanks

I am sorry to say but I think even our biggest will be too tight for you.
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular).
It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
