I purchased this hoodie while it was on sale, and because of that I had to wait a while before it could be shipped. I was alerted by The Lees and was also offered a refund. I am very impressed with the customer service, and I hardly find that quality of service anywhere else. This hoodie has won me many compliments from my friends and family, all demanding to know where I bought it. I tell everyone of this store as it is my favorite clothing shop, and warn them about the size difference as I wear a medium in the US and a large with items purchased from this shop. My friends have all expressed interest in shopping here now. This hoodie feels comfortable to wear and is nice and warm. For colder weather though, you may need an extra layer because this is just a cotton hoodie and not a heavy jacket. The zippers are just for show, and the buttons on the front pockets aren't meant to hold the pockets closed. They are sewn onto the outside of the pockets and serve no purpose other than looking nice. I am very satisfied with this item and will be shopping here again.
