Given your weight I can say that our US L is a good fit but then you are right, it might be short for the sleeves.
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular).
It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
In this case, I have attached the measurement of the item itself and how to measure it.
