What size do you recommend? im male 160 lbs and 5' 8 1/2". im only in highschool and may have a growth spurt anytime and wouldnt mind if i need to go up a size. not only just this shirt but any of your clothes.

Hello!
Thanks for asking. Given your height and weight (if accurate), our size US M in my shop will
fit on you well. This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body
built (not fat or muscular). It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
