I purchased 2 items from your website and at that time i did not have a paypal account. Because of this the order is displaced as incomplete, yet no time was wasted charging the balance on my debit card. Tried calling but no answer. I tried to click on the PAY NOW option to see if i could link my first newly made paypal account, but the option doesnt seem to work. Clicking PAY NOW does not do anything. I want a refund or send the items i purchased because either way i was charged the full price.
