This fits perfectly, It's nice and snug while wearing a tshirt underneath.



My only real complaint is that the shoulder pad does not appear to be sewn all the way around, so the front of the pad is kind of flappy, which makes it look kind of weird.

Actually, it was intended to not be sewn all the way round.
