I wear a size S in US clothing (sometimes XS), I'm a early 20's male and this fits almost perfect in size M.
Dont expect to be able to layer under this though, it fits tight around the arms.
Some parts of the stitching is a little loose already for me because I've tried to layer. Either that or I'm just too swole for this jacket.
