After trying to get a tan wool coat for my friend, I was personally disappointed with this product. I wish I would've read any reviews before ordering it but I will write one in hopes of helping anyone else that sees this.
I saw a Very nice tan colored coat on this site but I waited too long to order and then it was out if stock. So I looked and located another that looked amazing. When I ordered it, my payment was taken and a few days went by. I got a message saying the size I wanted wasn't available. So in a desperate situation, I ordered this coat but I didn't realize it was a furry type of fabric.
Eventhough this jacket wasn't worth it, Jenny was courteous enough to throw in another coat that I had my eyes on. Due to her amazing customer service, I will continue to shop online here, but I will look at the fabric quality first. Thank you Jenny!
