This is the answer for all the items.
Given your weight I can say that our US L is a good fit for you, your problem will be for the length of the item, since you are 5'7 only,. and US L size can only cater a 5'11 person only.
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular).
It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
To be sure of the right size, we have provided all the necessary measurement on each item listing, so I guess it is better IF You will check it from there.
