Hi, I've tried several times to get in touch with the customer service team through email and have gotten no responses. I placed an order just before Chinese New Year, and was told I wouldn't get it until after the holiday. Well, it's been more than a week and I haven't seen any movement on my order. So what exactly is going on? Why isn't anyone responding to my emails?
