(Pardon the wrinkles in the photos, I haven't had a chance to iron it yet!)
I am a larger chested, tall gal, so I was at first a little hesitant to order a men's jacket, but I couldn't resist! I saw this one and fell in love with the silhouette and had to have it.
I'm normally a medium/large in women's tops, and I ordered this jacket in a large. I went that way because I own a men's shirt in North American sizing which is a medium slim fit, and recommendations said to size up. To double check I was making the right choice I cross-examined the measurements and then placed my order.
I ordered the express shipping to Canada, and after placing my order on a Saturday it arrived Tuesday all the way from China.
What I liked:
-Well-packaged in clear plastic bag
-Fabric has smooth, matte finish.
-No unfinished seams or other signs of a low quality product
-1 spare cuff and lapel button each are sewn to the inside left side in the event of a lost button.
-Back, sides, and sleeves of inner garment are shiny polyester which make it easier to put on and remove
-Good length to sleeves and waist
-Pleather accents are soft and genuinely look like leather until you feel them
-Inner pocket for security of phone or small wallet
-The shoulder pads are thin enough to go unnoticed but give it just enough substance to feel like a pricier garment and sit well on the shoulders
What I didn't like:
-The buttons and their attachment. In the photos on the site the buttons appear slightly darker and they are firmly attached in an 'x' pattern, where in real life they are cheaper looking (they clink audibly on the cuff when touched) and are only attached half hazardly with a sewing machine.
-The listing says the jacket has 2 outer pockets, but they are non-functional. This is a pain since the inner pocket is harder to access because of all the buttons.
-The collar was looser and floppier than I anticipated. I will be taking it in to make the fit more sleek
Overall, I am very pleased with my choice. I'd give it a 4/5 and would buy it again. Fit was a little weird for me, but that is to be expected. The shoulders are a little tight, but I wouldn't want to go a size larger because everywhere else worked. To make this slightly more flattering on me I will be taking in the collar and waist to make the shape more feminine.
-------Notes for women buying men's clothing------
If you are a woman who wears North American sizing, I would order the size you normally get in women's clothing, and if in doubt buy larger, especially for jackets. The most important thing is that the jacket is long enough in the sleeves and fits your shoulders and chest. I plan to take in the collar and the waist slightly to give it a more polished look on me since male and female measurements are different. If you are shorter than I am but wear my size or higher you might have to consider shortening the sleeves and middle as it could be long.

Hi There!
Thank you for the feedback.
We are glad that you are overall pleased with the item you purchased
despite of having some points of the item you didn't like.
As for the 2 outer pockets, it is functional :)
You will just need to loosen/ remove the thread sewn for the pockets.
In that, you will be able to use the pockets.
Again, thank you very much for your feedback.
It will surely be of great help to our potential buyers.
I hope hearing you again with new purchased. Have a great day!
Regards,
Jenny
