Given your height height and weight i can say that sixe XL will fits you well.
Please be guided that the actual size of ALL ITEM from my store is ""1~2 sizes smaller"" than US/Europe sizes which is written in the notification of our page.
Most of our items are slim fit body hugging, so if you are not used to it please choose the next size. For example you are size LARGE (UK/Euro MEDIUM), you should choose XL instead.
Kindly check the size chart in each item page prior to any purchase.
If you are unsure of which size to chose, kindly let me know your height and weight, so I can recommend for you.

-M size = ~5'7"", 9.7 stones
-L size = ~5'9"", 11 stones
-XL size = ~5'11"", 12.50 stones
