On Feb. 4, 2014 I mailed back the 4BH-BLACK because we were not happy with the quality of it. As we discussed on the message board, I wanted to exchange it for another LCJ8-CHARCOALGRAY. I tried to attach a copy of the receipt, but the file is to big so i emailed you as well.
Can you please verify that you received the package and let me know when I can expect to get the other item.
