However, if you don't like slim fit style and athletic body, please choose US L .
Here is general size info.
-M size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-L size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-XL size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-XXL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
