Hello,
I'm considering buying a pair of these pants, but I'm afraid my size may not be suitable for the available choices. I'm 5'10", weigh 137 lbs, and normally wear pants of about 30 waist and 32 length. My concern is that the listed pant sizes will either be correct in the waist but too short, or correct in length but too loose in the waist.
Do you have any advice on this?

I am sorry for making you confused.
We usually suggest the sz based on the waist of the buyer.
so for example you are sz 32, I suggest that you get the same sz.
But we suggest you to take a look of their measurement esp the length of the item and other measurements to avoid any problem in fitting.
