I just made an order in May, which I received yesterday May 20th: 20140511041539578MC . One of the item, a brown shirt, was declared as sold out on your site when I checked a few minutes ago the order status. So of course it was not in the shipping bag. But you have charged me for it about 28$. More over, I had to pay the Canadian taxes and duty fees on it too, which is about 15$. That's a lot of money for nothing!
Could you refund my money for the brown shirt you didn't ship. Is there anything you can do to help me?
I'm including a picture of the label found on the shipping bag so you can see that the item was crossed out from it.

I'm so sorry for the sold out item.
We've sent a message to you about it last May 14.
And since you want it to be refunded, we will process your request within 12-48 hours through Paypal.
Kindly check your account after 2-3 days.
About the tax, we can reimburse the half of the tax you've paid :)
You will just need to give us a copy/ picture of the official tax receipt your received.
In that way, we can refund it through Paypal.
