Hello,
I would like to know which size you recommend for 185 cm and 80 kg. I wear slim fit, have broad shoulders and athletic body.

Thanks for the message.
Given your weight I can say that our US L is a good fit for you, but it will be a bit short for you since you are 6'1.
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular). It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
