Good Day,
I placed an order on the 27th May. There was an issue with the order as I ordered the items and shipped it to my sister in New York. The issue was due to the buyer and sender being two different persons. I was told to send a picture of my credit card which I did but i have not gotten a response as to whether it was sufficient. I really need to get the items sent out as my sister is coming home shortly and I know it would take some time for the items to be shipped. Can someone please help me sort out this issue so that it can be shipped?? Thank you in advance.

I'm so sorry to inform you that we cannot ship orders that were done through Paygate
when the receiver's name and the card holder's name differ from each other.
In this case, I suggest to refund the order and order again through Paypal.
In that, we can ship your order to your sister's address.

I really need to fast track this process. Can you help me cancel the order to get a refund and process the payment through Paypal as stated? My sister is coming home and I really need to have the order processed asap so that she gets the items in time to get it to me.
