Problem with recent order |

I recently placed an order that included a(GD141-NAVY) Slim Stretchy 2 Tone China Collar Cardigan. The other items in the order were fine and good like every other order I have placed on this site in the past. However, with the cardigan the top part of the stitching/fabric was torn and sticking out. It's not a huge issue but it is noticeable and I don't want to have to cut it off and ruin the item. What can we do?
