Given your height and weight, You fall in two different size.
Your height fits on our US XL size but it will be to loose for you since you only weigh 160 lbs and that weight will fit to our US Medium size.
However, it might be a bit short for your height since it only covers 5'9 in height.
Here is our general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
In this case, I strongly suggest to check the size chart of the item.
With that, you will be able to check the specific measurements of an item in their specific sizes available.
You can see the size measurement chart beside the picture of the item.
You will have further details about the measurement of chest, shoulder, sleeve, and total length of the item in each sizes.
Just please be guided that it was done in cross section.
