i need help with the size i am Medium in shits and 31x32 in pants. I'm 5'11" height and 168lbs weight. what size do you recommend for me in pants and shirt.

Given your height and weight, I think our US Large size will fit you since it caters a person with a height of 5'11 and weighs 175 lbs.
Here is our general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
However, you can also check the specific measurement of an item in their specific sizes available.
You can see the size measurement chart beside the picture of the item.
You will have further details about the measurement of chest, shoulder, sleeve, and total length of the item in each sizes.
Just please be guided that it was done in cross section.
In regards with the pants, we usually suggest the size based on the waist of the buyer.
So for example you are size 32, I suggest that you get the same size.
