Title  my order whereabouts
Hi, I have paid for an order over 10 days now and chose express shipping to the US but still have not received a working tracking number. Can you tell where my shipment is?

There are some of the sold out items so we couldn't send your package fast.
However we've just sent the package except two of the sold out items today through DHL and its tracking number is 5250499041. (AL326-PINK-L and AL721-BROWN-L)
You can check where it is on http://www.dhl.com/en.html with the number.
EXPRESS shipping usually takes up to 2 ~ 5 days.
Could you please wait for several more days?
Also, if you want, we can send the replacement or give a refund.
