I wanted to know what size I should Oder I wear a 36s suit n usally I wear a small in shirt . Am 135pond and am 5;7. If I order it Friday will it be here before the 27th of July ?

Given your height and weight, I think our size that corresponds to US Small size will fit you.
It covers a person with a height of 5'7 and weighs 135 lbs so I think it will fit you well.
Here is our general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
In regards with the delivery, if you will order it today (Friday),
we will process it's fulfillment for 2-3 days so most probably, we will be able to ship it next week.
However, I'm not quite sure if it will get to you before the 27th because Express shipping usually takes a maximum of 5 working days and delivery is Off during Weekends.
