Given your height and weight, you fall into two sizes.
Your body will fit in our size that corresponds to US Medium size as it covers person with height of 155 lbs but I think a bit short for your height as it only covers 5'9 in height.
Your height fits to our US XL size but it will be loose for your body.
Here is our general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
In this case, I strongly advice to check the size chart of the items carefully.
You will have further details about the measurement of chest, shoulder, sleeve, and total length of the item in each sizes.
Just please be guided that it was done in cross section.
In regards with the pants, we usually suggest the size based on the waist of the buyer.
So for example you are size 32, I suggest that you get the same size.
But we suggest to take a look of their measurement especially the length of the item
and other measurements to avoid any problem in fitting.
