I placed an order over one week ago and have not received any contact since regarding shipping or progress. I sent two previous email to which i have received no reply, please can someone update as to what is going on with my order.

We've been waiting for all of your items' fulfillment so that can ship it all together in one package.
I would like to inform you that we can ship your order today but, we will not be able to include items CHSH021-BROWN-8 and NEJ01-NAVY-L.
Would that be fine?
Item CHSH021 is temporarily sold out but I can assure you that we will ship this item right after we receive the stocks of the item from our supplier.
Not like item CHSH021, item NEJ01-NAVY is completely sold out that means we will no longer have it back in our shop.
If you want, you can choose an item in our shop that could work as replacement for your completely sold out item.
We could also refund the value of the item, if you want~

Thanks for the reply, please replace the NEj01 with the following items if they are in stock and invoice me for difference. Please ship without the brown shoes, but make a note in your diary to email me with update.
I want UK large for LCJ10 and waist 33” UK for others.

We've been able to send your order without the 2 sold out items yesterday, July 24.
It was shipped through EMS with tracking number: EG135976505KR
Please be guided that delivery through EMS usually takes 4~8 business/working days.
You may check the delivery status on "http://www.track-trace.com/post".
I also like to inform you that we think it will be better if we will refund your sold out items (CHSH021, NEJ01) first so that you can place a new order :)
You don't have to worry about the shoes, we will keep it reserved for you so that in purchasing it for your next order,
we can send it out with other items immediately~
