Your body will fit to Medium(US Small) size of item LCJ4 but I'm afraid that it might be short for your height since your height will fit to XL(US Large) size.
However, it will be too loose for your body~

-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
