My order number is "20140803103127422MC". I had placed my order last week and 5 working days has been completed but it is still in "Before shipping" status. Can you please tell when it will be shipped and when i would b receiving it? I had opted for express shipping.

We are really sorry for the inconvenience it made.
We are sorry to inform you that your 3 items needed to be processed within our 2-3 days items fulfillment (handling time).
However, due to our suppliers’ summer vacation, we will be unable to fulfill some of our items that needs 2-3 days fulfillment.
Our suppliers' vacation will last until the 17th.
I really feel so sorry for this unexpected problem and would like to ask for your kind understanding.
If you only need to get the item/s during the said vacation period, please let us know so that we can refund your money right away
or you may choose a replacement (self-production item) costs almost the same as the originally purchased items.
If you don’t reply to this message, we will just ship out the item(s) after Aug 18th.
We would very much appreciate if you understand our situation.

Currently my order status is "On shipping" however out of three only two are in "On shipping" status one is 'sold out' .
(WB0001-BLACK) Womens Slim Fit Front Frill Layered Blouse -- On shipping
(WB097-WHITE) Womens Slim Fit Frill Ruffle Long Sleeve Blouse -- Sold out
(WM077-BLACK) Womens Slim Fit Mid-Length Vent With Back Zipper Pencil Skirt -- On shipping
What happens to the "Sold out" item, Will it be shipped later or it will be refunded. If you are going to ship later, please let me know the time frame

We've sent you a message regarding this matter last August 11.
We are very sorry for the sold out item.
If you want, you can choose another item in our shop that can work as it's replacement.
It will be great if you will choose an item with exact price as the sold out to avoid paying for an additional amount.
We will shoulder the shipping fee of the item.
However. we can also reimburse the amount of the item through Paypal or if not,
as Points in your account where 1 dollar= 1 Point and you can use it for your next purchase.
