How much would it cost if I asked that the Express courier to be DHL,
and ship to the United States?
Would it be the same price listed in the shopping cart, $20.29 ?
I dont really trust Fedex because they have a habit of dumping packages on the Postal Service for final Delivery, and I'm really upset with the US Postal Service right now that I just dont even want to use them anymore.

Yes, you're right. You will just have to choose Express shipping.
It will costs 20.29 USD so the total amount will be 77.19 USD.
Since you want your order to be shipped through DHL, you can indicate/ write that request in the "Order Comments" box when filling-up your Delivery Information form.
In that way, we will be able to read your request for that order and do it for you :)
