We do not have size 46 for item OSS109-BLACK's Blazer.
If you don't mind, Could you let us know your height and weight?
Having that, we can check if what size of the item could fit you :)
On the other hand, we usually suggest the size of Trousers based on the waist of the buyer.
So for example you are size 30, I suggest that you get the same size.
But we also strongly advice to take a look of their measurement especially the length of the item
and other measurements to avoid any problem in fitting.
In regards with payments, we are accepting through Paypal and Paygate only.
However, if you cannot pay through Paypal and Paygate, we can also accept through Bank Transactions.
But unlike the two, you will have to expect waiting for 5-7 days before the transaction will be cleared.
For Delivery of orders, we have two kinds of shipment that we are using~
1. Standard Shipping/ Regular airmail : it usually takes 7~20 business days.
2. Express Shipping/EMS, DHL, and or FedEx : it usually takes 4~8 or 2-4 business days.
