Title  Really Disappointed with my Order So Far

According to the Order Number 20140822163612600MC
I paid on 22nd of August and clearly mention That I need My Items Before 2nd Of September
So Monday 25th Of August I got Tracking Number 5250575540
I checked Afternoon On Thursday with DHL , There is not such a order in shipment so far
I now Just A few Min ago Talk with Someone That I spend Extra $$$ for the Phone call, (and who pays for that too)
and I heard Still My items Not shipped Yet
It Is Still In the Possess
I am really Disappoint with the system that your guys Run,
So How do Your guys Send me my Items Before 2nd Of September Now,
Either your guys has to shipping in express two days, or refund and cancel my order
cause i really want that stuff before I leave my short period Vacation.
I send few emails,no one respond me yet till i call to your people
it is a shame,

I am so disappoints with this and not any intention to deal again if it is not back on that day how ever

First of all, we were truly sorry for the inconvenience that it may have caused for the delay due to unexpectedly sold out item in your order.

Also, we are truly thankful to you for the considerate understanding in the result by showing your thoughtful understanding on the phone.

Actually, the delay was because there was one sold out item which we were working on for it to be restocked, but it wasn't available in the result.

That's why we had to give you unsatisfactory service which we sincerely apologize for.

As for your shipment request, the package including GD164-WINE will be shipped out from South Korea via DHL Express Shipping​ ​on next Monday :)

I hope you get your package ASAP.
