Can you please clarify if this is a second size jacket underneath that is purchased separately of if this jacket comes with both. I like the layered look but don't want to be wearing two jackets.

The outer and inner jacket you can see is connected to each other.
It is just designed in layered style as what you can see on the item's pictures :)
