Hello There!
Thank you for getting back.
Given your height and weight, I think the size of the items that is equivalent to US Medium size will fit you
as it covers a person that is 5'9 in height and weighs 155 lbs.
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular).
It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is our general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs

However, you can also check the specific measurement of an item in their specific sizes available for further size measurements reference.
In there, you will have further details about the measurement of chest, shoulder, sleeve, and total length of the item in each sizes.
Just please be guided that measurements are done in cross section. (measuring across from one side to the other)
