Given your height and weight, you fall into 2 different sizes.
You height will fit to Large (US M) size of the item as it covers person that is 5'9 in height.
However, if you want a slim-fit size of the item, getting the XL (US L) size will be better.
It might be a bit long for your height but it will definitely fit your body well :)
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular).
It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is our general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
However, you can also check the specific measurement of an item in their specific sizes available for further reference.
In there, you will have further details about the measurement of chest, shoulder, sleeve, and total length of the item in each sizes.
Please be guided that measurements are done in cross-section (measuring across from one side to the other/ not the circumference)
