I recently received an email from you guys with no content. It did however say in the subject line something about item sold out? it didn't really make much sense. my status order still says 'before shipping' so I'm guessing that you have run out of stock of that item.
please can you let me know?

We're so sorry to hear that you received a blank message.
I am sorry to inform you that item AL348-NAVY-XL is already completely sold out
which means that we will no longer have it back in our shop.
The item in XL size was demanded by many buyers so we ran out of stock. So sorry for this.
As I check the availability of the item, I found out that we still have stocks left of the item in XL size
but in colors Blue, Brown, Green, Orange, Pink, Purple, and Red.
Would you like to replace the item with it's other available color instead?
