Title  The ordered paid on Oct 3rd is still "Before shipping"

Hi Thelees

I made my order on Oct 3rd and paid in full afterwards immediately. However, it shows that my order is still at "before shipping" when I checked couple minutes ago. Moreover, my order has been right at this status for about 2 weeks. So would you please lemme know what is happening there? Thanks.

You've inquired about the size of your items so we've putted your order ON-HOLD for size checking and messaged you about it last Oct.6 .
Since then, we've been waiting for your size confirmation.

For the Jacket, we will fulfill it in 2XL (US L) size as I think that size for your purchased Jacket will fit just right for your body :)
