Medium: 16.7 cm / Large: 17.4 cm / XL: 18.1 cm
The neck measurements in each size has more or less 1 cm difference.
Please be also guided that these measurements are in cross-section. (measuring across from one side to the other)

Here are the neck measurements of each size in inches:
Medium: 6.57 inches / Large: 6.85 inches / XL: 7.13 inches (cross-section)
There is an approximately 0.39 inch or 0.4 inch difference per size range.

Hi, Thanks. My neck measures 17 inches. My weight is 165 pounds and my height is about 5 foot 6 inches tall. My stomach is not entirely flat if that helps. :-) |

Given those measurements, the US Large size of items will be the right size for you
as it covers person weighing 175 lbs.
It might be a bit long for your height as it covers a person that is 5'11 in height, but it will fit your body well.
However, I am sorry to inform you that we do not offer our item HA70-WHITE in US Large size.
This item's largest size is XL that is only equivalent to US Medium size of items. This item's largest size might be tight for your body.
This is based on general size chart we are using in our shop for normal body built (not fat or muscular).
It does not guarantee 100% free of size discrepancy, as body built varies.
But, it works most of the time for our customers.
Here is our general size info.
-US S size = ~5'7", 135 lbs
-US M size = ~5'9", 155 lbs
-US L size = ~5'11", 175 lbs
-US XL size = ~6'1", 195 lbs
