Hi,
What size of this should I get if I am 185cm and 70kg? Also, my waist measurement is between 40 and 42 cm.

In regards with the pants, we usually suggest the size based on the waist of the buyer.
So for example you are size 30, I suggest that you get the same size.
But we also strongly advice to take a look of their measurement especially the LENGTH of the item
and other measurements to avoid any problem in fitting.
Item TLP21 has these sizes: Medium for W30, Large for W32, XL for W34, 2XL for W36
Please check the size chart of the items especially the LENGTH since you are Tall.
