I am so sorry to inform you that we weren't able to send your items: EVSS18-RED and TT32-WHITE
because of being completely sold out.
We've sent you a notification message regarding these sold out items last DEC 01
and till now, we've been waiting for your response regarding it.
The items were in demand and regrettably, we ran out of stock for your order.
We did our best to find a stock of the items but we can't find any good source of the item anymore.
We are really sorry for that.
But since you want to get a refund for the items, we are very much willing to process a refund for the items
including their initial shipping fee but NOT the tax you are requesting.
I am so sorry to hear that your package was imposed of tax but,
the 2 items are not included in your package's general invoice so basically, the sold out items were not imposed of tax
since they were not inside the package.

Taxes are imposed by your local government and that is the matter we cannot control.
Your local government's customs will decide on whether they will impose tax or not to the items delivered abroad. We are hoping for your kind understanding.
